• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways compliant with international security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or share harmful, illegal, or infringing materials.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Platform. You may terminate your account by contacting support, but subscription payments already made remain governed by our Refund Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Zambia, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Subscription Fees

Subscription fees grant access to premium features for the chosen duration. Once payment is processed, access is automatically activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued if:

• You are charged incorrectly due to a technical error;
• The service was inaccessible for a prolonged period due to faults on our side; or
• A cancellation request is made within 7 days of the initial subscription and the content has not been used (no lessons/quizzes attempted).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Change of mind after content access
• Poor internet connectivity on the user's side
• Misuse or violation of Terms of Service
• Third-party service interruptions

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed using the same payment method used for purchase and may take 7–14 business days.
